Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a full-time Social Media Specialist to join our team in Cambourne to work on our exciting new gDoc range of business applications. The role would suit an energetic, self-motivated internet enthusiast who is saturated in social media, is commercially savvy with experience of SEM, and has excellent written skills combined with outstanding attention to detail. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Director the successful candidate will be part of an expanding, talented and friendly team.
Principal responsibilities:
Seeding Global Graphics’ comment on relevant blogs and assisting to expand our pool of target sites Assisting in blogger engagement Updating and managing Twitter and Facebook profiles and other relevant social networking sites Proactively develop on-line campaigns to encourage engagement with the gDoc brand Work with external agencies on messaging Manage RSS feeds and bookmarking Assist in the monitoring, reporting and analysis of social media campaigns Work closely with the in-house team on integrated on and off-line campaigns

Essential skills and experience:
Experience of working in a similar role Passion for social media and networking sites Experience in the blogosphere Familiarity with SEO and SEM Experience of measurement and reporting Excellent written communication skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly Experience in multi-channel marketing (on and off-line) Ability to multi-task Attention to detail and good organizational skills
