As Head of Search you will be the backbone of the company and will be the main driving force behind our success. This is a phenomenal opportunity to build your own team and develop the agency into the No.1 Digital Search Agency in the region. You will need to have an entrepreneurial flare, develop winning client relationships, and still we need you to be an SEO geek, with the technical ability to ensure YoFirst.com leads all other agencies in the No.1 position for our key terms. To maintain a differentiated and No.1 Search positioning that fits with YoFirst.coms offering in Dubai & The Middle East To establish YoFirst.coms Search principles that give our clients a strategic and operational advantage in the market To help develop charging structures that maximize revenues/margins Analyse a clients current website and provide a well defined site assessment on current natural search performance including all report writing Understand the major technical factors that influence natural search crawlability, indexing and keyword ranking To evaluate the latest industry tools in order that YoFirst.com is best equipped to maximize its effectiveness Perform Natural Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including but not limited to, identification and analysis of performance metrics; keyword research and ranking analysis; competitive market audits; writing SEO friendly copy and implementation of SEO best practices Proactively present program recommendations along with benefits to clients in order to timely advance program goals and objectives Keyword research using relevant tools and own research. Copywriting skills to assist with creation of on-page content. Thorough understanding of Google Analytics & how to apply the information to improving and driving forward search campaigns. Creating, monitoring and maintaining PPC campaigns in Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing (Overture) and others
Qualifications Required
Min 4 years within a Search Agency Code mark up, page structure and importance of clean, well structured code. Solid background within Search Engine Marketing - ideally with agency experience Proven leadership skills Report writing Entrepreneurial spirit Strong presentation and public speaking skills Command of both SEO and PPC best practice Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Team player working with multiple levels of management and peers Confident with a strength of character
